Service Description

Introductory group experience for wall-climb. This is for beginners. Course will be held on the angled practice wall, not the vertical competition wall. Participants are responsible for bringing their own toy and properly fitting harness. Payment due via PayPal or Venmo at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We do not refund cancellations for group classes. If you sign up and are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to sell your spot to somebody else, once all original spots have filled. You may sell your spot at a profit, at a loss, or at your own cost. The dog/handler team you sell your spot to must be of an appropriate level to join the class. Spots may not be sold if there are still open spots in the class. Exception - we will require you to cancel if your dog is in heat. Your spot will be refunded (or pro-rated if part-way through a multi-week class), however you will need to wait until the end of your dog's heat cycle (23 days from when we are first notified) to book again.  If CloverField K9 is forced to cancel a session for any reason, a makeup session will be offered. Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to attend the makeup.
