APRIL 5-6, 2025 - Please note that booking platform only shows start date. Booking here is for the entire seminar. Evan Nolte is a former US Army Paratrooper and Animal Care Sargeant. The majority of his 14-year career was spent independently of a veterinarian, providing direct medical support to Special Operation dog teams at home and abroad. The topics of this seminar include: * Basic K9 Anatomy + Vital Signs * Point of Injury Care * Bandaging * Emergency Planning + Management * Evacuation * Narcotic Toxicity * Heat Injury * Gastric Dilation + Volvulus (bloat). This seminar includes use of the North American Rescue K9 Simulation Mannequin. Working spots only - no auditors. Participants in this seminar need not bring their own dog - all training will be done on the interactive mannequin. This seminar is geared towards handlers that will encounter high-risk situations, but is open to the public. This is Evan's second time coming to CloverField K9. We had an amazing time learning from Evan in 2024. Course ends with a certificate of completion for 16 hours of training.
